Take your projects to a new dimension with our 3D Embossing Folders! If you love shaped balloons, you are in the right place. This would make a great addition to any birthday or celebration project and is a quick way to achieve fabulous dimension on your paper-crafted creations! Instead of achieving merely two levels of embossed texture, this folder will produce three-dimensional shaped designs to enhance your creations.
